1. How do I receive the manual after I pay for it?
Answer: Once our servers receive the confirmed payment notification from Paypal, an email will be sent to the email address that you have registered with Paypal. Please make sure that your spam filter is setup to accept incomming emails from E-ServiceManuals.com. If you fail to do so, you may have difficulty receiving the code needed to download the manual. An eaiser method is to sign up for an account at E-ServiceManuals.com. By doing so, once you have completed your purchase, you can simply log into your account and click the "View Orders" link. This will show you all of your orders and provide links to all of your purchased manuals. This will help avoid problems that some times arise with sending the code through email. (Please note that the email address you use to signup for an account on this site must match the email address you use with PayPal. This is strictly for security reasons.)
2. I never received a email that includes the download code after my purchase. What should I do?
Answer: Sometimes when our servers automatically send out emails, the receiving email server rejects it. If you don't receive an email from us within 15 minutes, there is a chace that this may have happened. You can work around this by signing up on the forum using the email address that you use with PayPal. This way we can associate your purchases with the account you create and the link to the manual will be available under the "My Account" page (top left) under the "View Orders" section.
